You watch Minnesota and what they’re doing offensively, you can see they’re running it well and running it physically. The quarterbacks give them chances to make plays and they have good receivers. We’ve seen a lot of their guys before defensively and they have good players. On special teams, you can see their athleticism.
It’s always tricky preparing for a new coordinator. We’ve tried to study the timing of their base defenses and get a feel for that. We’re going to keep studying it. In the last two weeks, in my opinion they’ve played two really good teams and played them really well.
Open to playing Jack Coan. Wouldn’t not play him just to preserve his redshirt. Jack’s on board for whatever this team needs.
