Fleck said they took it as an opportunity only have three weeks to recruit a full class, they wanted to secure the players that they had from Western Michigan, and then have to get to know kids very quickly.

Additionally, he added a lot of the players they brought over from Western Michigan had Big Ten offers, and that a lot of them were overlooked because of injury or had those offers to begin with.

On getting back the suspended players, Coach Fleck said he could not comment on the players that were reinstated due to the investigation, but that they filled holes just by getting some of those players back.

The schedule for 2017 PJ called demanding, but that you would not want it any other way. Said they will take it one game at a time and go from there.

Fleck thanked people for welcoming him into the community, and that he realized some people may or may not like him, but that comes with being in a public role.

He also commented he had not met with boosters yet, but was very excited to meet with them soon.

It was a very short interview, and was not much new that he said. Either way, still fun to listen to him talk.
