PJ Fleck
- Wearing Halloween socks with Captain America, Iron Man, and Hulk. Offered to give an extra pair of said socks to Sid.
- Brandon Peters, the likely new starting QB for Michigan, is an efficient quarterback. They'll have to go back and watch his high school film because he hasn't played much for Michigan. Their system won't change.
- Michigan will press, blitz, play man, and make sure they stop the run. The front four are very active and talented. Michigan's front seven doesn't really have a weakness.
- Jared Weyler has really come on the past two games. Donnell Greene has improved. Garrison Wright has improved every single week. Schlueter got beat a lot off the edge last week and is still learning.
- The center in Ciarrocca's system will make some line calls but a lot of it is on the quarterback. The quarterback changes protection, helps with Mike identification. The center will make sure the line hears it.
- Ryan Santoso may lead the team in serving and giving. He's always at Loaves and Fishes and the Children's Hospital.
- Kobe McCrary eight months ago was academically ineligible. He would not have been able to play if football was in the spring. He got a 3.0 GPA in the spring semester.
- Payton Jordahl is in a spiritual class and was asked to do something spiritual to him. He talked to a couple homeless folks for a half hour and then took them out to lunch, and they told him his story. It's a good lesson to don't judge others and don't judge others. Be the best you can be and be better than you were yesterday. Jordahl, McCrary, Donnell Greene, and Santoso have done that.
- Michael Jackson shows would start fast, accelerate in the middle, and finish strong. That's what we need to do. Norries Wilson did his rendition of Thriller today.
- Gave Garth Brooks some free pub and asked him to come to the University of Minnesota.
- Michigan has the best third down defense in the country. There's a joke that the best way third down offense against them is punting.
- The first player to greet the team off the field whether it's offense, defense, or special teams is Conor Rhoda. After telling him that Croft would start, he understood and was very mature about it. Hasn't seen any negatives towards Conor's leadership. He's maybe a better leader now that he's not playing because true leadership is most influential when things aren't going well.
- Kobe McCrary has changed his best every day. Proud of him and loves him.
- Nick Connelly had some injuries and decided it wasn't in his best interest to keep playing football. Had a long conversation with him and supports his decision 100%.
