So...attached is a video of all-world QB Aaron Rodgers and his hot GF Olivia Munn lip synching to pop music...which is totally fine. They are having fun while promoting their celebrity. None of that is strange.
Well, none of that is strange until you acknowledge that Aaron Rodgers is gay. He's not bi. Rodgers is gay, and he was 'out' in college. So AR spent all of college living a normal student athlete life, and all of his teammates knew he was gay. Nobody cared because he was a great player and good teammate.
I get why Rodgers 'played it straight' in the early years of his NFL career. The NFL is insanely homophobic and he didn't wanna negatively impact his career.
But why stay in the closet? AR is a Super Bowl champ and is widely considered to be one of the two best QBs in the NFL. Star Franchise QBs have more power and influence than any other players. AR has been on the same team forever, and it's not like Green Bay is gonna cut him loose because he prefers men to women. Seems to me like AR could do a lot for gay rights by coming out of the closet while he's still at the top of his game.
