Question, Is PJ tough to work for?

I'm looking at the coaching movement since PJ has been hired. Not exactly a
brotherhood. Is it PJ's unrelenting RTB
philosophy that might be a grind on some
coaches? Not judging, just want to know what everybody thinks.
