Rivals need to improve with Mn prep evaulation

It has been dreadful for a while. They have the #1 spot for the 2018 year for a guy who should not be in the top 5, they should have corrected that a long time ago. A couple of years ago Thomas Barber and Connor Olson were regarded as being in the top 3 or 4 spots, and RIVALS had Barber as the #8 and Olson at #13 that year. The 2019 year is rather easy for #1 and # 2, the next spots between # and #5 are tricky.
