I haven't looked at the stats but back up what I am about to say, so if someone wants to and shoot this down...please do

I feel like Mitch is at his best when he is running the football, knocking people in the mouth, really getting into the game. Even now, when he runs he is trying to dance around a 180 pound DB instead of just lowering the boom. Yes, I'm sure the coaches are teaching him to do this to stay healthy and also protect the football. The problem is, we are asking Tim Tebow like QB (style) to be Tom Brady. The shoe doesn't fit.

One of the reasons for the above is the fear at the #2 QB spot.

I say we burn Crofts redshirt now, knowing we will likely need him at some point this year and we don't want to burn it in November.

We play two QBs and you let Mitch run the ball 15+ times a game and let him get more aggressive with his physical running.

We need to block better
We need to get better separation at WR
We need better QB play
