I will tell you what I would do...with the preface that I have no clue what is going on inside, etc so I am making it up...but that is what we do.
I get rid of coach Z and hire Weber as QB coach
I move Limegrover to OL coach and hire a new OC
I get rid of coach Poore and get a new WR coach
Let Sawvell hire his own DB coach or he is DC/DB
Am I missing a coach?
Or hire an OL coach and just let Limegrover be OC only but make him open it up a bit
What am I basing this on?
