Is it just me or this this site a terrible design? Why when you scroll down doesn't HOME, FORUMS, FOOTBALL, ETC just stay at the top in a permanent header?
When you scroll down...it goes away...so you have to scroll back up to go to it. That seem like the most simple design ever
