I watched for the third time this morning. I want TC to succeed and right now am fine with who he hired. Ultimately we'll know in 10 months what the state of our football team will be. I know I will get ripped for this. Tracy might want to spend a little more time practicing what he is going to say in public before speaking in the media/public eye. In the first 32 seconds of his speaking he said ah or umm 9 times. Very monotone and very little eye contact. I know a lot of you will say that it doesn't matter, but believe me...it will matter.
