I find it interesting that North Carolina had similar things happen in their athletic program as Minnesota basketball did in the late 1990's under Clem's watch. Why have we not heard anymore about their athletic program?? A friend of mine was joking with me and said "It is because the Gophers suck and they are the sacrificial lambs when it comes to things like that".. It just rolled off and continued to have a great night with a bunch of friends.......But as I think about it, sometimes I wonder if those that suggest college programs have "degrees of importance" to the NCAA and their coffers, if they are right and that dictates how hard they pursue investigations... Just wondering as maybe the information came out and I just did not read about it.
