In his last 3 years at WMU, Fleck's classes were ranked 62 (2014); 78 (2015); and 64 (2016). He has been able to jump a level in recruiting this year based his success on the field last season and being able to sell a P5 program. It looks like we will end up around 50 in the ranking this year. I think that he gets us around 38 next year. I think that better in-state prospects, a full cycle, and the new facilities moving to completion all allow him to make a significant move up. I hope I am underestimating his potential progress.
