2024 cornerback Camren Campbell, an intriguing recruiting target out of Tampa Bay Tech (Fla.), added an offer to his resume from Minnesota recently after impressing the Golden Gophers' coaching staff at the USF camp.

The Gopher Report to detail his interest in Minnesota's program.
Campbell said that it feels great to receive a Big Ten offer from the Golden Gophers as they just began noticing him during his recent performance in the USF camp. He added that Minnesota's staff was talking to him the whole time and helping him on the field.
"It feels great," Campbell said. "And it just started today actually. I did really good at a camp and they were talking to me the whole time."
Campbell said that Minnesota's coaching staff was showing a lot of interest in him and was additionally helping him to improve the little things.
"Coach D really showed interest and was helping me the whole time," Campbell said. "He was very excited and loved to see me work. He made sure I was fixing the little things."
Campbell said that he is very interested in learning more about the Golden Gophers' football program and is eager to get to Minnesota for a visit so he can see the culture of the program.
After attending the USF camp, Campbell said that he is done with his camp schedule and is set to visit Michigan State next weekend.
"Not yet," Campbell said. "I would love to go up there and see what the culture is like for sure. I won't be going to anymore camps and I'll be at Michigan State this weekend."
In addition to the offer from Minnesota, Campbell also holds opportunities from 13 other programs, including several Power Five programs.
