Admittedly it's a very slow time right now for Minnesota in the recruiting cycle. So we continue our look ahead to 2024.

No Minnesota players mentioned in this feature. Obviously Mo Ibrahim missed the majority of last season, but probably deserves to be on the list. I would give Ibrahim a rating of 88.

Chris Autman-Bell is another one I would put on the list from a pure talent standpoint and a stamp an 88 rating on him as well.

JMS may be Minnesota's most valuable player, I'd stamp him with a 90 rating.

Tanner Morgan has struggled the last two seasons and needs a good bounce-back with Ciarrocca, I'd give the veterans QB a rating of 80.

Spann-Ford is another potential break-out performer, I'd give him an 85 rating.

Tyler Nubin gets an 83 rating.

So far I've lived thru baling out the Hennepin County union pension plan along with, if I'm correct, the State of MN employee pension fund. Why do the dems never talk about reimbursing taxpayers individual retirement plans. I lived thru two extreme downturns and never fully recovered the lost money. My big income years were over shortly after the last large drop. I'm obviously not asking for the gov't to pay me back but it chaffs my ass when they do it for the unions. Looking back the main problem was their astronomical financial projections when interest rates were high and the stock market was booming. That shit never lasts forever.

The University of Minnesota football team will hold three open practices during training camp for the public to come and watch the Gophers prep for the 2022 season. Minnesota's three open practices, which are free for the public to attend, will be:

Saturday, Aug 6 – 2:00 p.m. at Huntington Bank Stadium
Thursday, Aug. 11 – 7:45 p.m. at Huntington Bank Stadium
Monday, Aug 15 – 4:15 p.m. at Athletes Village
