I feel like you can read it 2 ways:
--either this is just a matter of only approving part of the project until a little more $$$ gets raised, at which point we will still get everything we were promised.
OR
--The facilities aren't gonna be that great, and we are gonna be back here in 5 years clamoring for another facilities project.
Which us it? I know on TGR everyone thinks the sky is falling, but I trust DT posters more than TGR posters on issues that are this complex.
